We’re looking for a Health & Safety Manager who’s passionate about people and driven to create safer, smarter, and healthier workplaces. Based across our Inverell and Myola sites, this role is about more than compliance — it’s about building trust, empowering leaders, and shaping a culture where everyone goes home safe, every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and growing a dedicated WHS team that lives our values.
- Coaching and mentoring operational leaders so safety becomes second nature.
- Championing a culture of care where reporting hazards, risks, and incidents is encouraged and acted on.
- Taking charge of our Critical Risk Management Program to ensure the biggest risks are managed effectively.
- Investigating incidents and leading improvements that prevent them happening again.
- Using data and insights to keep leadership informed and drive smarter decisions.
- Leading audits and assurance programs to keep us on track and ahead of the curve.

What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Work Health & Safety.
- Experience in a similar role within FMCG, food, or heavy industry.
- A strong understanding of WHS legislation and best practice.
- Proven experience in incident investigation and risk assessment.
- The ability to influence, engage, and connect with people at all levels.
- Leadership skills that inspire, support, and bring the best out of a team.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with a hands-on approach.
